ECU Code 21 ... Help !?!?

alright ladies and gents, here's the story .... i've been having problems w/ my ignition system, past problem was crank angle sensor which is now fixed, this new problem is what i don't know ... I replaced the ignition coil resistor/condensor // new coil and module // however the problem is when looking at the factory service manual there's three terminals that connect to the ignition module // connector I (farthest right) give resistance like its supposed to, however connector H (middle) does not give any resistance // I've even removed the harness and tested the wire itself and it does not give any resistance // so I'm trying to figure out what I need to fix // can anyone help? If you need any more info on what I've replaced or what I've done please ask // I've pretty much done all the tests in the FSM for this problem besides testing the ECU pins // which I guess I will go to next

Test the ECU pins next. Then let us know..
