SR- ECU chipping/tuning genius needed

Has anyone chipped their own ECU? I've been looking for the longest time and all I've found was bikirom but I can't seem to find enoguh information on it on their site. I have a J4 blacktop ECU. I have 750cc injectors and am either going to run the Z32 MAF or HKS VPC, also picking up a set of 272 cams. I have the SAFCII for fine tuning but they can only adjust for the injectors up to 50% Thanks for any help, I need to get this car finished.

I know there's also other stuff from Apex'i and other companies, what o you think is the best
