ECU 98 vs 97

i'm planing on doin a 5 speed swap and found a 5 speed ecu from a 97 do u guys think it will work fine even though my car is a 98?any differences ??

look up ecu in tutorial link in my signature. you go by the 9 digit manufaturer number. thanks for all the misifnfjoqwerojjiopaswert

the list only has a 1997 but compare the 1997 9-digit manufaturer p/n to the number on your 1998 computer.

manufacturer p/n A18-F43 G16 is 1997 for manual/no turbo.
