ECT sensor on 97Q45

Can someone tell me exactly where the ECT sensor(engine coolant temperature) harness is on the 97 q45? I have the FSM for the 98 Q45 and I do not see the ECT sensor harness at the location where the 98 FSM describes.
My check engine light is on and the code 13 is for the coolant temperature sensor. Im trying to do the diagnostic but i cant find the sensor. Any help would really be appreciated.

Not quite sure, but I'm pretty certain that it's on the upper coolant line (hard metal), near the secondary radiator cap.

hmm... in the 98 FSM it says that it is near the # 2 injector and i could not see anything at after a lot of time searching i noticed a sensor hidden in a hard to reach area below the #2 injector. i had to remove some harness wires and the throttle cable assembly and it was still hard to get to. I squeezed my hands in there and when i tried to disconnect the harness to check it , the plastic was so brittle that pieces shattered in my fingers.
I hope you are right that it is on the upper coolant line in the 97 q45 cause that is so easy to get to.
Now, i might need a new harness connector.
