ECT can I just change it?

my car is 240sx s14 1996 with 102000 milesmy check engine light pop up.I bought OBD II reader and read code P0125.Look around it is ECT sensor.

I checked with FSM there is ton of procedure to test.It seems hard and is not my league Can I just buy new and change then erase the code?If yes, I have checked



They are two of them 25080Y and 22630(a).which one I have to buy?

follow the test procedure on the fsm. it may not be the ect sensor, it could be the wires. also check the resistance with an ohmmeter on different temperature and make sure its within specs.
