ECM stays on after key is turned

I've got a 93 nissan 240sx. i can see that the red light on the back of the ecm stays on after the key is turned off. I unplug the fusible link and the ecm turns off same with the relay, i unhook it and the ecm goes off. i'm stuck from here

I'm not sure if you actually have a question or not. If so, what is it? You haven't given anyone anything to help you with.

my problem is that the ecm stays on after the key is turned off and keeps draining my battery after a day or so.

Check to make sure the ECU is grounded properly. Also, make sure that no wires have been tapped and are providing power directly to the ECU. It could also be a problem with the relay controlling the power to the ECU.
