ECM giving a Code 55 still wont start

I checked the ECM last night and my car still wont start. Does anyone know the proper way to set the cams. I recently had to reset them because I had to preplace the crank, and I used a Altima book assuming the motors are the same

do a search jim wolf has an install web page for there cams the pics are really good thats what i used for my 93 when i changed the head gasket and timming chain cause the fsm doesn't show it that well good luck

I used the original head, the reason for the altima book was couldnt seem to find a 240 book anywhere right away. I'll try the search thanks lost93

i thought you had altima cams and thats why u used the book, sure they are ka's but one is fwd and one is rwd, they are the same but different...go get a 240 book and recheck everything.

I couldnt find the link for a cam diagram searching jim wolf, where is the best place to get a 240 book quick? The car has really gotten me impatient lately. Thinkin of just taken it to the shop. The car has really gotten me broke lately also

Yes, get an FSM and resinstall your stuff.
