ECM and custom wirng questions

i am running a 2004 armada, the one that RCH had in the SEMA 2004 show. we have fully reworked the suspension with a 4 link rear system and CST long travel front. installed a 41 gal fuel cell and high pressure pump. use this thing for a chase vehicle in baja.i want to get rid of the stock wiring and ECM in order to simplify the electrical system. we have continued problems with the NATS system, and installing guages or other needed components is a huge problem.does anybody make a ECM (computer) that is made for a racing application in which NONE of the original dash cluster is required. i am looking for just the basic electrical requirements to be met by this system. the interior is completely removed,no electrical door locks or windows remain, the A/C is not used and it does not have to pass smog because it is only used off road. please inform me of any system or shop that knows hwo to make this happen.
