Ebrake problem

Hows it going?... Umm i have a slight problem here. I have z32 rear brakes and I'm looking to do the e-brake cable swap. I plan on changing the stock e-brake cable to the r33 e-brake cable, but i was in the process but the end of the cables did not match up. The old cable has an H shaped design and the r33 cable has a traditional just nub on the end. This would be on the caliper side of the cable.If anyone has ran into this problem please help me out.
