EBC Green stuff pads on s13

i was curious if anyone has used these pads on an s13 without abs. and if so, what part number did you use for the fronts? ive checked multiple times and it says use DP21279 so i did but when i went to put em on they seem too small. i contacted the place i got em from to see if maybe they misboxed em or something, but i dunno. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
