Ebay users beware

I resently bid and won a '92 240sx on ebay from a user called Wakdady. Do not deal with him! I had great communication with him and thought everything was going great until Saturday. I told him I would be there between 10-noon (he said anytime saturday would be fine) and when I got there he wasn't there. He was in Canada while I was at his house in Hershey PA (four hours away for me). The so called clean title wasn't. I finally talked to him on the phone and he basically told me that the $100 buck I spend to rent a car carrier and for gas was my problem. Just wanted to warn everyone.Thanks,Chris

That's rough....Alot of people get screwed over eBay though, be glad you didn't lose too much.I remember one guy that lost $3,000 or something on an engine here on NICO, and he never got it back.

I obviously gave him negative feedback. Shortly after that I get an email from my good ol' friend Henry (kid from ebay). He says that I am an a-hole and he can't believe that he was so nice to me. Then he called me a bunch of not very nice things and said that he was going to come up here and kick my but (not so nicely put) So now he is threatening me! I just can't believe some people! Sorry...just had to vent.-Chris

Next time he threatens you, tell the kid you got the fbi involved and they are waiting for him to set foot into US soil at the border guard. Also tell him that US agencies don't take too kindly with Canadians who commit fraud.

The kid isn't from Canada. That is just where he was when he was suppost to be at his mommy's house in Hershey PA. We had agreed on meeting Saturday between 10-12. Apparently he decided it would be more fun to go to Canada for the weekend with his friends.
