Have to agree with this comment. Contact Ebay and tell them what's going on, and maybe include your original picture as proof. This guy should be held accountable for stealing your property.I would also contact the seller directly, and let him know that you are not pleased.Let us know what happens.sixty4 wrote:I am certain Ebay has some type of rules for intellectual property, I am certain you can take your case to them.
You could start with asking them to take it down, I am sure eBay would want that to be the first step.
Yes they do actually, someone stole a pic of my buddies integra on ebay AND there website, they were displaying a suspension setup that wasnt even on his car, my freind confronted them via phone, and recieved several strut bars and underbody strut braces for free for the rights to the pic.Empty V wrote:Dude is not going to give him free parts, no one would do that.
At least you can be proud that your ride is sick enough to be visually stolen. So what happened?

That is some truly crappy Photoshopping they have done. I love how they put a watermark on the pictures stating 'Product picture all rights reserved' even though they didn't even have proper rights to use the image.slickroger wrote: Now someone else has taken my truck and placed all sorts of lights for there ads
