Just a heads up.. I wouldn't buy stuff from this idiot, it's been nearly 3 months [no replacement item or refund]... here's the whole story..

------------------------

My eBay experience with "triplexxx3"

Horrible. Won the auction on Feb. 25th 2004, after a week or so he got me a tracking number for the package.. I think 4 or 5 days later it actually shipped out. Got the item (front fender for car), it was a total loss. Front end had been dropped and was buckled in, lower valence broken and the brace welds had been busted off.. started a claim with UPS, they came out and said it didn't have insurance, but the seller could dispute it. So I packaged the fender back up (UPS said they were going to inspect it) along with a damage report by myself and a quote from Nissan for the replacement parts, around $400-$500 if I remember correctly. UPS not only took the item, they shipped it back to Bart (triplexxx3).. He said he would file a complaint with them, I asked him numerous time for updates with the response "nothing yet", but he did end up saying that UPS never replied to the claim (note: UPS will not talk to me about the claim, I did not pay them so they can't give me any information).. I asked about a refund, he said he would send a replacement fender.. fine, I asked for pictures, nothing. Asked for a refund again, he said pictures, asked again, he said pictures but he's been busy with school. That was on May 6th - he had just finished his finals.. today is May 23rd, and on Tuesday it will have been 3 months since the end of the auction.

I finally got fed up enough to file a complaint with squaretrade, I only have 2 days left to leave any type of feedback, I did not want to miss that and have someone gone through the same things I have.. Bart leaves negative feedback for people if the person leaves negative feedback for him. I have done NOTHING to deserve negative feedback. Bart, if you're reading this, and you leave me negative feedback there will be hell to pay. I will not allow my eBay reputation to be damaged because you have to seek revenge for screwing up. If you're busy with school, DO NOT conduct business in two cities and sell items on eBay, clearly you cannot keep up with it. I filled a dispute claim with Squaretrade -- I had 30 days to do it with paypal but figured I would give him a chance, so now I have no paypal or eBay protection. I even waited 88 days before leaving feedback, to give him a shot to redeem himself.

Just leave the feedback at the last minute. That way he won't have time to leave feedback for you. Just wait till there is 5 minutes left and give him a negative. muhahhhhhahahha it'll work like a charm. By the time he sees it it'll be too late to leave you anything. If you paid by paypal, you can file a complaint with them. I did because this company was not responding to me and didnt send my stuff for a month, and THAT day they responded and said sorry and sent my stuff out 2nd day air and threw some extra stuff in. ;)

Let's get a link to some of his auctions...

We'll take care of this NICO-style. :)

his eBay name is triplexxx3

I started a dispute with squaretrade, but they wanted $20, so I just did the free one.. I filed a complaint with paypal [I called them, the guy said to do it anyways] and left negative feedback.

Hopefully I'll get my refund.

yeah I looked at his neg feedback. Hmmm maybe he isn't as reliable when he's far away from the buyer. just a thought.
