Apparently people were saying in the general chat that they're "good" because they used the OEM press fit bearings but I would not cheap out on that, there's more than looks that go into making parts like these.

Load bearing components should be of the highest quality from the most reputable supplier, installed by a skilled technician with proper tools and torqued to factory specification.

I got the set for the fronts, I already have z32 rears.

They are high quality and do use OEM bearings.

They look and feel stronger than stock.

OP you made the right choice, but just for good measure.

GT-1 Motorsports > Attain > Ichiba > OEM 5 lug > OEM 4 lug > circuit sports > crap in box > ebay.

sp1's and all the best wheels come in 4 lug... ao its best to save that money for big brakes unless the wheels you want are 5 lug exclusives.

but of course...

sp's are about 550 new, so for some of the sickest wheels on the planet. they're well priced.

I love brand whoredom. For some reason, certain NICO people seem to love overpaying for parts that are essentially the same as a cheaper version.

No wait, if you buy the $350 attain front hubs you still have to press the bearings in... which you have to buy separately. Its $500 for a set of the fronts with bearings. GT-1s are more than $400 as well. GT-1 rear hubs are a comical $750, more than you would spend doing a full Q45 swap with uber strong axles. The ichibas are $250, but you run the risk of having a bearing issue, like here: zer...93943.

In the meantime, my build will happily roll on $150 ebay hubs with already installed OEM bearings that came perfect and q45 rear stuff.

I'll give you guys a hint, there isn't much R&D or machine work that goes into a hub. As long as steel is used and its a CNC lathe, its hard to f*** something like that up. I'll take all the "you get what you pay for" comments you can dish out, but when it comes down to it my $150 hubs will run just the same as your $500 hubs.
