I'm looking to buy myself a new set of rims off Ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...witem=

I just wanted to know if anyone has bought Rota's off Ebay before, how it went, etc...? I'm not very good with Ebay, haven't ever used it much. The "Buy It Now" price is $750, should I low ball him with an offer, I honestly have no clue, please help.

Man, bidding on Ebay ain't like posting on NICO's classifieds. If you go too low with your low ball offer, you can seriously piss some sellers off and they can block you from bidding on any of they future items...

Trying to test out how the feature worked, I lowballed this guy once for a Navan bumper... Not only did he blacklist me, but he sent me a profanity laced message...

That's intense, I don't understand why that would piss someone off so much. Would bidding like $500 on a $750 Buy It Now be a good offer?

That seller is a jerk. He could have counter offered you or declined the offer nicely. He doesn't know how to use the eBay system. Nothing wrong with low balling it.
