Ok heres a life lession that you have herd many times before, "You get what you pay for" ebay is no acception. But i guess its ok for short term use and you might have problems instaling it bolts and the holes might not match up yada yada yada. When i got my Turbomanifold from e-bay it dident go on with out a fuss it dident line up with my down pipe. So just dont expect to much for 140 $ I think you should just pay the extra money and do it right the first time!

My cousin actually bought one of those knockoff pans. The baffle plates barely fit. After it is screwed down, you can barely swing the baffle yourself, much less tip it and let gravity do it. I had to widen the mounting holes on the baffle to alleviate this problem. Then as we put the pan on, THREE holes did not line up with the motor. Then I turned and said "this is why I get the real name brands." It isn't over yet. When the motor was finally put in the car, we put the oil drain bolt in it stripped without even forcing it. The crap cast aluminum couldn't hold the threads well. The threads literally disintigrated.
