OK, first thing you must do is calm down phenom... lol...

with the brake light, the 3157 bulb appears to be interchangeable, i.e., no matter which way you put it on, it should work... howver this is not the case... you should have someone else there with you, put the connector into the circuit, and have them hit the brak light, if it doesn't ight up, just pull it our(carefully) and turn it the other way.. it should work then. Also, be sure you are putting that connector all the way into the sicket.. it will go in, and stop, then you must press harder tp get it to click in corectly!

Don't install the tailliamp back onto your car until you make sure that everything is on correctly. It just takes a bit of patience.. but the work perfectly!

Dear djphenom78,

Cassie, I am going to process a return label for you now and you can use it to sent that side back to exchange. I will give you the UPS label link on the next message.

ThanksSamSabersport

Cassie, sorry to hear about that. We need you to return them, so we can check what cause the problem? Because every set we ship out has been tested. And you are the first case for these lights. We have other customer have them installed and without any problem and sent us the photos too(see http://www.sabersport.com/Merc...2.jpg).

Does both side have the same problem? LEt us know and we can process return label to you.

ThanksSamSabersport

um...you do know those tail lights are illegal and if wanted you will get a ticket for them and a moving violation along with having your car towed.

actually, the tails are DOT approved and 100% street legal... but thanks for chiming in with your constructive criticism and support as always

Vonivo... try and do a little research before commenting on the legality of something, especially in your home state of NY.

No equipment violations are ever going to get you towed... and its not considered a moving violation, its an equipment violation, which you wouldnt even have to pay for, as long as you return it to legal spec within 24 hrs.

Thats good that they are taking them back. On a side note...Has anybody seen these in the rain? I personally think they look terrible from any angle when water is on them. They look like there is some kind of condensation inside but its really not. Its just the clear lens. I really need those overlays ASAP. I will say that they have held up to this terrible east coast weather we've been having lately.

You don't need a 2nd person to install the LED tail lights. Just turn on your parking lights instead of having a person depressing the brake pedal. Parking/Brake use the LED. If they don't work then turn the plug around or better then that just match up the colored wires before you plug it in.

I purchased a set of the red LED tail lights on Ebay and installed with no problems. Good quality LED tail light.

Theses lights are seriously bright! Seeing them personally up close and personal ( worked with Matt to get to work; turned out to be an ID10T error) they are very nice but like Doc mentioned in his post, the only thing I can't get over is why the hell did they use white silicone to seals these up? why not black
