The one that came with my ebay wheel was complete garbage. It looked like pot metal and fitment was horrible. The screws provided wouldn't thread through the holes in the hub. So if you do end up getting that wheel, I'd suggest a nice hub+quick release from NRG or something.adrians_s13 wrote: but if the hub + quick release... I'd stay away.

I know some people say you're "killing the industry" when you buy a fake or knockoff wheel but honestly, the industry is really the one killing the consumer. Why the f*** is a steering wheel a $300 part? That's absolutely ridiculous. It's one thing spending money like that on control arms but on a steering wheel? Come on.
Speaking from experience, the cheap ebay steering wheels feel flimzy... You can push and pull on it, and it gives waaaay to much compared to oem. I'd stick to a name brand that actually feels safe...confused9 wrote:thanks a lot for the replies guys. i'm a little skeptical about the PVC leather withstanding sun damage and all and yes my main concern was the quick release and the hub. i emailed the seller which of course he's gonna say it'll handle abuse. i'm spending a lot of money on my 240 at once that i probably won't be able to purchase a nicer one but i wanted the quick release for a little security. so i guess overall not worth it?
