Either is fine, they work the same. The CX Racing one has that weird 2" to 3" part in the middle of the hot pipe, I hate that haha. As long as it's a kit for an s13 SR it will fit fine.

As far as stainless vs aluminum, the aluminum will probably be lighter, but it's really up to you what you want.

How bout the BOV, would the piping need to be cut then re welded with the BOV mount pipe?

What kind of BOV do you have? The cxracing kit I bought had a flange already on the hot pipe for their own BOV. The flange didnt match my HKS SSQV, so i bought a HKS flange for like $30 and had it welded on.

Weld on Kits for HKS and Greddy type BOVs:

Those kits would only work for aluminum piping though.

It's cool, anything to help out. I'm still on a ka-t researching journey myself. I can say that my cxracing intercooler core has quality welds and a lot of people recommend them when buying an intercooler on a budget. Also, depending on which turbo set up your going with the piping may need to be modified to fit properly.

Hmm i see, Im going with a t28 bottom mount. An Isis RS3360, I figured it would be a good start.
