Ebay HID Kits....lets talk!

So i really want to get an HID kit off of ebay for my 99.5 QX4. The bulb size would be 9003 right? I know most of you on this forum dont like these kits, but does anyone have it and LIKE it on their pathy or qx4? do they distract other drivers? I want a bluish whitish look, 5k-6k max. My vision isnt that great at night, so this isnt just an aesthetic thing, its a safety thing. i WANT to see better than what halogen gives me. I found many kits with 1 year warranty and good feedback, so let me know what you guys think!

I've seen retrofitted HID look very good. . I'm about to buy one form my 9-2x, because it has a separate high beam. That's my only beef with them. . you lose high beam, unless you get one of the bi-xenon. . I don't really trust 'em that much tho.

i was really looking at getting a set aswell but as KoukiS14 said you lose the high beam function which i think sucks.
