My Q began stalling randomly the other day, and I finally narrowed it down to the fuel pump controller. I resoldered the typical burnt and unused pins and jumpered them together, but it's still acting strange. A good whack on the controller will cause the pump to become intermittent which results in a stall.
Symptoms: Runs fine for 20 minutes, then randomly stalls at cruise and idle, only to return to normal after a few minutes. (The pump was replaced with OEM about 20k miles ago.)
Anyway, I thought I'd let the other NICO board members know I AM BIDDING ON THE 92 FUEL PUMP CONTROLLER on eBay right now -- I need it! Stalling on I-10 at 75mph during rush hour is sooo much fun...
