This is just a little warning to everyone, if you've seen THESE on eBay, I would like to warn you about something. First of all the quality and speed of shipment from this company is excellent. Their communication is alright, but they aren't very helpful. But here is the deal, the bung for the O2 sensor is WAYYYY too small. If you get one, expect to have it torched out and have a new one welded in. The company will basically tell you that you are wrong and that you are using the wrong O2 sensor. But they are very prompt in their replies. Other than that, I'm still happy that I got mine, and when I get it all installed here in the next couple of weeks, I'll get pics so you can all see what it looks like.

are you sure you're using the right o2 sensor Ryan? I have a tiny one in my CA, but the SR o2 sensor is alot larger (the hole in my o2 sensor housing was alot bigger) so I had to use the threaded insert that came with my CA...

They look cool (bar the lambda) but no biggy. :)I'd probably just weld another 18X1.5 nut on it and drill it through for the stock lambda; then screw a bolt in the small hole to seal it off.

Is it aluminised steel?

The stock top dump pipe is the most restrictive PoS on the planet.

Jon - I think I paid just over $200 shipped. Not bad IMO. The design looks great, and should flow very well.

Sean - Well where the hello did you find and O2 sensor that small? The one in my car now isn't small like that. Maybe it's got an SR Elbow? It all looks stock though. I'll post some pics I've got of it.

Jezz - I've thought about doing it that way too. I'll play with it here in the week or so to see what I can make work. It's pretty thick stuff and it's got some sort of coating on it to protect it from rust/heat I think.

wash your clothes wrinkle boy:pface

and yeah, your o2 sensor looks larger than mine... yours could have been replaced sometime along the way though. maybe SR sensors are cheaper than CA ones? or the CA ones just went out of production... the way my CA o2 housing is set up, there is that threaded insert that allows you to use 2 different sized o2 sensors, or did I just get something weird?

The UK (S14) SR's, Z32 VG30, and CA's all share the same lambda.It's an M18 fine thread.

Well I'd like to use the existing hole if I can find and O2 sensor that small, but unless someone has part #'s, I haven't found one yet. Got any ideas?

Hello all,

I just wanted to add my .02 worth. The Pipe fits really well. Ryan and I had some e-mails back and forth about the 02 sensor. Very small --I no longer have the old bung--but it was smaller than an M18 --so I am not sure what size it was.

It is 3 in all the way back, does not hang too low and has all the right bends ---no clearance issues with the steering column.

Communication and shipping with AUS are great--I would only ask for better payment terms --as you have to mail funds to his bank or do a wire transfer--and there is a $30 internation bank fee attached to that ( on both sides if you do a wire transfer)

See YaDJ

I've got a new update too. I think if you use an O2 sensor from an '87 300zx turbo, it will work. I'll know for sure tomorrow when it comes in and I can test fit it.

that pipe uses a redtop sr20 O2 sensor hole. CA one is larger. You can use redtop SR20 O2 sensor or like float said 87 300ZX turbo

Ok, just got the sensor and it threads right into the hole. For everyone getting new elbows & downpipes, I would HIGHLY reccomend this over it. All you will have to do is get an O2 sensor from an 87' 300zx Turbo, cut off the plug and spice your CA plug on. This is an 80mm peice, straight through. All smooth bends and has a nice coating. It will eliminate one of the gaskets in your system, so that is a plus. Now that I've figured out how to get this to work, I'm EXTATIC about it! I'm going to email the company and see if they'll post something up on their eBay bid about it so others don't have to deal with this mess.
