i really dont feel like droppin $700 for a exhaust so i looked on ebay and jeez their cheap as hell. now i now they're cheap quality but for the price i mean...cmon. i really like this burnt tip style too. ive heard people are actually happy with theirs and they expected it to be crap. has anyone been dissapointed with them? other than installing them? as for sound and looks do they last?http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ories

You get what you pay for.

Its just another ebay product so, eventually the welds will crack and it will rust...

i hope your joking. an exhaust is an exhaust it just a pipe. i ran an ebay exhaust for 3 years and never had any problems with it. no hangers breaking, rust, leaks the thing is dented and scraped t **** and still works perfectly. and OP that tip on the catback is dumb looking.

s13iDrift (I think) had one of those burnt-tip exhuasts off ebay. He sold it though I think. I'm pretty sure he had pics of it on.

are you talking about this one?http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...photo because that honestly doesn't look that bad, and I have been running an OBX brand header I think for a few years no prob. and that looks pretty good, anything would be better than my rusted azz broken pipe right now.

but still dude, $500 compared to $200 ($119+$80 shipping) is a lot better deal IMO. it looks fine. and in the rare event a weld breaks somewhere, it would take some people 15mins MAX to put a new weld on it.

I thought about it kinda. But I talked to a guy who was running a port and polished head and a cam. And he was running 3 in. exhaust and I just got the bone stock ka. Is it still safe to run a 3 in. pipe?? I dont want to burn up my valves.

Save your money and get a GOOD exhaust....and only buy it once. If your going to go turbo then don't even both with a smaller exhaust. Simply a waste of money in the long term

no offense but that "burnt tip" looks like those blue film stickers you just plastered on.

ebay exhaust is alright, had mine a year and half maybe and no problem with it except the fact that it's loud as balls w/o silencer on a n/a. but even with silencer it's not too bad, sounds really nice minus the rasp which kinda sounds like you're farting.
