Most manual boost controllers have one 'knob', they work by releasing pressure from the wastegate, and putting it back in the system somehow. That is to say if your WG is set for 5 psi, and you bleed 3 psi from the WG, the WG will allow 8psi. Manuals generally suck in comparison to electronic. But usually all you need to do is put a petcock, needvalve, or ball in seat valve in place and route it back to the air intake, behind the MAF. So their job is easy, and Virus uses the S-avcr so, there may not be much perspective, but I do definately need to say that I am envious.
