Yeah.... they are springs and perches, very unsafe, very dangerous, and will probably break before you fail inspection

Well your doing it wrong, DONT USE THEM..... THOSE ARE NOT MADE FOR YOUR CAR, THEY ARE UNSAFE MADE IN CHINA GARBAGE.

Sorry but send them back. Paypal dispute because they were sold for a 240 but they don't fit and they are not made for that car. Send them back.

The fact that $60 for coilovers seemed like a good idea aside, if they don't fit what they were advertised to fit, then you only have one option. Return them.

Do it right or don't do it at all :o

Save up for real coilovers, and i'll promise you it'll be worth it. Your shock/spring combo are 10x's better than those ebay coilovers. Deal with the height for now?

Your ignorance is killing me..... Would you eat rotten chicken if it was free? No its stupid and unsafe, just like the sleeves. They are not made for your car, they do not fit your car, they will fail, they will move around, and they are very dangerous.

This tread is make me feel dumb for even responding.

i understand you want the sweet aggresive look of a slammed 240 but be sensible about this brother, i wont lie...when i was like 16 i ordered a set of them and they didnt fit and i was mad....so just forget about this route, find another way to get too low for fat hoe's

Godspeed for like 500 bills. Much better then those, and I know people who drift on them without issues. Then your Megans, Ksports, D2 all the other knockoff stuff.

haha now thats advice. If they dont break you will still fail inspection, so OP just get rid of them.

Yup, ive got a massive collection of random anime and manga, and when im bored i get to photoshoping.

I serious'd

OP the cheapest coilovers i would trust are Godspeed, also off of eBay for about 500 bucks. Before people jump and say they suck, there is an ongoing review of them here on NICO, and so far the review looks promising. And Honda guys will swear by them

Since it seems you are determind to go the cheap way out. ive done some eBaying for you. see im not just mean

Lowering Springs best choice Tein S.Tech on eBay 180 Tien S.Tech Springs

Next best Lowering Spring K Sport GT on eBay 140

KSport GT lowering Springs

What i would do.Save for however long till i have 500 bucks then buy GodSpeed. I gave you the link earlier.

Next would have to be Ksport and Megan almost twice the price of the GodSpeeds with a negligible increase in performance

Ksport Pro

Megan Street Coilovers

*The stuff thats underlined is links K, its not just text...i see you are a noob so i thought i would put that out their

You have made a HUGE mistake my young friend. Take the advice given and send them back immediately! Your life depends on it! Save your money and be patient and not stupid. Think smart!

If you see something for your car and it is offered for a cheap price, do research on the part/item. If you can't find much about that part or item then by all means, ask! I don't think us NICOers mind answering questions that can't be found doing a search online. We certainly don't want to hear someone has been involved in a fatal accident because they ended up buying complete crap! Also remember that Ebay sells a lot of total sh*t parts!

Good job asking about the springs but I don't have any opinions or experience with any springs except for the stock ones.

Nothing scarier than a fast 240 on cheapo ebay brand coilovers.....

I would listen to Nali's recommendations, though.

dude just send them back and save for some good quality parts. check out Top Dead Center in Spartanburg SC they have good deals on Megan Coilovers from time to time.

FYI to everyone that responded saying he will fail inspection, no he wont because SC doesnt have inspections. In SC you can get way with just about anything when it comes to cars.
