hey I'm probably not going to get a CA in my car for another 6 months but I saw this on ebay and thought it might make a cheap source of parts...I searched but I'm not exactly sure, what is the difference between this and the RWD long block?I'm guessing the manifolds (intake and exhaust/turbo) would be completely different, as this one is obviously one of the earlier non intercooled ones, and I think I read that the bottom end was weaker also.Anyone know anything about that? Thanks,Andrew

This guy is a friend of mine and if you're interested, I'm sure I can get a couple of dollars taken off that price. But don't look for a whole lot!

D, is the engine in usable condition? Does it run, and if I left boost stock could I drive it for a while?

Like "Sean said" it will be a more of a parts motor. You can use the bottom end of this motor, but the head, both manifolds are a tad bit different and you would have to do some mods to be able to leave it like this. I suggest buying the engine and swapping the head for one off a U.S. spec pulsar and then you're in business. You could actually keep the turbo and manifold, but you will need to use the manifold off the U.S. pulsar as well.
