do not buy from ebay member ildiosa (wbperformance 7)I bought a tanabe rear underbrace from him for $180 and he sends me a tanabe front underbrace wich is only worth about $80. When i confront them about it they refuse to send me a shipping label to ship the wrong part back to them in exchange for the right part, then after agueing with em i get fed up and pay for the shipping back to them thru usps since they have a PO BOX and only usps can ship to a PO BOX, I SHIPPED IT OUT MARCH 1ST. well the post office employee never offered me a tracking number and now the seller ildiosa after 15 days from the original ship date is trying to screw me over and say he never recieved the part and ebay cant force a refund because usps never gave me a tracking number. SO NO ONE BUY FROM THIS GUY CAUSE HE IS GOING TO GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

in these cases you always want to go through their feedback. most people who care about their feedback send reply or try to get them amended. In this sellers case there is no attempt to make himself look better as a seller. That itself should have been a red flag.

When you buy from ebay its a toss up if your getting quality items. When sending things always keep receipts and never send anything with out a tracking #, if you cant get it through UPS then use a different service such as FedEx or USPS. Take the time and read the whole listing as well as the stores return policy, rather than just looking at the price and shipping cost.

In any case try to deal with local shops, support independent business. When you have a problem you can just drive there and take care of it without having to deal with phone calls/email.

The tracking number should exist. So will the senders and receivers address. Just call customer service. Did you pay for the shipping with a credit card? It's on record.

i remember the first and only time i was scammed online. since then, i take a magnifying glass to anyone i'm buying anything from online. the first thing i do is a google search consisting of their name and scam. then i go through a bunch of stuff to make sure i'm buying from legit people. As lingering suicide says, do what it take to make sure you're buying from legit people, and if you don't have to buy online, avoid it.
