eBay B&M-style shifter

Does anyone have any experience with these? I searched, but I couldn't find very many testimonials from people who actually own them. I know you get what you pay for, but I'm just looking for some personal experience.

the original poster in the other thread said his shifter was put together backwards. look at all the pictures posted, they are all backwards. the shifter has a bend in it that is supposed to lean back towards the driver, well all of those lean towards the wider part of the plate, which is the front.

i just installed a B&M yesterday, worth every penny. it's quiet and very solid.

edit: ok so today i noticed it does make noise, but who cares, it still kicks ***.
