I know this is probably garbage, but the price is so low that I'm asking other opinions on it. What do you guys think?

garbage no doubt, but its cheap garbage that may be functional. all you really need is a cone filter, and you could probably get a good one from K&N or JWT for not too much more.

i personally wouldnt buy it.

try it out and tell us.

I'm tempted to try it. It "looks" a lot like the AEM unit. I mean anything should be better than the stock air intake right?

yeah, it will probably get you as much gain as any other cone filter, unless its a complete pos. you get what you pay for though.

but if youre one of the "grass roots" guys that does everything for cheap and still makes good power, more money and power to you. give it a whirl, its only 25 bucks anyway.

Yeah I saw that! That basically doubles the price and there's no way that it actually costs them that much to ship it. I really shouldn't buy this any way since I want to go turbo.

dont go cheap on ur car ever especailly with stuff like that. i bought an intake off ebay when i first bought my car. went to put it on and it hardly fit and was missing a nipple for one of the vaccum lines. luckily i got to send it back for most of my money back. also that jsut looks like a general pic prolly not even one for a 240

I'll skip it all together. I might be getting an SR sooner than I thought.

I bought a Bomz Racing intake off ebay recently for $30 and I am extremely happy with it. I thought the same thing as you, oh it won't fit or whatever. It fit perfect and I just put on parts store APC air filter since it didn't come with one. By the way that picture looks like it is the actual intake. Sure it doesn't have "Injen" or "AEM" written all over it but I don't think the extra air coming in would really care. I'm not saying this specific brand will fit though, but my ebay Bomz Racing did. It says it comes right from Japan but on the box it says made in China. Oh well.
