Ebay!! Aggh!!

I dunno what to do guys. I recently won the bid on a black safc-2 on ebay. The seller and i exchanged shipping info and whatnot. The guy has had a decent amount of transactions and a 100% positive feedback, he even has a paypal account. However, since i do not have one i sent him a money order. After i sent the money order out i sent the seller an e-mail to ask if i could have a tracking # after he sends my unit out and i got a reply saying he doesn't know anything about me winning a safc-2 from any ebay auction of his! So i'm just a little scared and i'm hoping it's all just some dumb missunderstanding. The only thing i can think to do at the moment is go to my bank as soon as it opens back up tomorrow and stop payment on the money order if he hasn't already received it. He also won't reply to anymore of my e-mails. Anyone have any ideas (reasonable ideas) of what kind of action i can take if i'm unable to stop payment on the money order?

Dam, that is a pissoff, well do you still have the link for the auction, because if you do , it will show that you are the winning bidder, you can contact ebay and see what they suggest.

You guys are the greatest. Absolutely the greatest. The guy e-mail me back explaining that everything was a missunderstanding. The e-mail was as follows....

"Hi Nick, I again wanted to say that I'm sorry for the mixup about the e-mail I sent. I don't usually sell car parts. But I listed this item for my brother as a favor. I was confused because I had gotten 15 to 20 different e-mail, all from different people about shipping amounts. I mistook your e-mail about a tracking number for one of those. I also Got this e-mail from a freind of yours. Please let the group of Nissan enthusiasts that everything is O.K. and that it WAS a misunderstanding. You should receive the "Apexi SAFC-2" by next Wednesday or Thursday. Have a nice weekend, Ruta & Josh"

Glad I could help. It really was an honest mistake I believe. The seller was getting flooded with bogus emails with questions about stuff he didn't have up for auction.

As far as repayment goes......just keep me in mind if you have any spare parts for sale
