Easy Way to Remove the 1996 Q45 OEM HU??

Does anyone know the best way to remove the oem hu from a 1996 Q45? I need to pull the radio to see what RCA/DIN inputs I have so I can install an iPod adapter the unit.

I check the knowledge base and did a search with no success.
