Easy question, Front stabilizer bolt size?

Does anyone know the bolt diameter and length and do I need to know the pitch of thread for the front stabilizer bar 2 wheel drive 1985 720? I lost one of the bolts and hope to find it at a local auto parts store.

PS Do I need to torque it?

That bolt would be for the hold down bracket bolting to the frame, sorry for any misunderstanding.
