i have a 97 ka24e 5 speed single cab.
i want to wire my tach in because the stock one is not too accurate and bounces around.
my tach has 4 wires

power
ground
illumination
rpm signal

first 3 is easy.
my queston tho is wheres the closest rpm signal wire.
would i be able to tap into a wire behind the cluster?
or one at the fuse box? if so what one?

im looking for a wiring diagram now, jusg want to know what others did.
also does this truck redline and stop? i never seemed to have hit a rev limiter but got over 6k so i didnt want to test it any further
