Just drain the oil, stay with old filter and refill with and run autotrans fluid for a few minutes and then drain, then new filter/refill new decent oil, and then do another oil/filter change within 100 miles with your normal quality oil and that's about as clean as you get without taking it apart.
With the gas just drain or siphon the tank and remove it, not sure the best product to rinse it with to remove sediment (hopefully someone else knows? I'd search "remove gas tank residue/clean gas tank") then re-install and refill and go.

I've always used kerosene to clean fuel tanks and lines, Varsol or Diesel also works very well but you will need to make sure to then clean everything out with gasoline after the varsol or diesel. For the engine what D recommended is best unless you are willing to tear the engine apart and hot tank it. For the cooling system you would remove your thermostat put the water neck back on and run pressurized (15psi) water and a light solvent through, CLR would work well to remove deposits, afterwards you would need to run clean preferably distilled water to remove the remnants of the solvent and other contaminants then fill.
