Since I dont want to post this on all 30 pages regarding knock sensors, Imma just post it here. Ive noticed that many people have replaced or even relocated their ks(knock sensor), but Im lazy and did it a different way. According to alldata.com the resistance for the ks is Approx. 500 - 620 K Ohms at 25°C (77°F). So I just soldered up some resistors to get 550k ohms, unplugged the ks, and wired the resistors into the harness where the ks originally went. That was 6 months ago and I have not thrown a single code or had any problems since. Just some food for thought.

Many of us have done that to hold us over till relocation/replacement.
Just have to be sure and use Tier 1 premium and keep an ear out for knock.
