It's a 9 minute video that shows all seismic activity of a M3.0 or higher earthquake from Jan 1st, 2011 through Oct 15th, 2011. Notice where a large majority of the quakes are. Right on that fault line.

Wow that is a real eye opener if Ive ever seen one. I knew that Japan always had earthquakes after the 9.0 but I never thought seeing 5.0+ regularly each and everyday after was that common, certainly not 16 thousand of them. That was so awesome I watched it twice.

I found it amusing if you scroll down to the comments it's all in Japanese except for one from 300zxTTman. I was just happy to read something I could understand.
