i am having very bad misfire/breaking up when i stand on it, idles rough but drives down the road fine. my setup includes z32, safc2, dsm 450s, t3t4, running 16 psi on stock ka24e. i switched to blow through mass and left the afc settings alone and it ran excellent . after that i threw in a set of 650cc injectors and took it out on the highway to tune it , i got to to hold an 11.5 a/f on 5th gear pulls 70-120ish but still ran a little poppy in lowwer gears. after some dialing i had it to where it would go strong from 2nd gear but it was still a little rich, i wasnt the one tuning the ecu i was driving we pulled a little more fuel and parked . when i went back out and started the car it had a really crummy rough idle and when i started driving and stood on the gas all the way it started popping really bad and would not accelerate over 5gs so i let off. its been doing this ever since heres what i have done so far looking for problems, swapped the 450s back in, changed coil, disassembled intake manifold and resealed it , checked and tried all afc setting i could find for it, checked for boost leaks, fashed codes 12 and 45 come up and some reason it flashed 3 as well( airflow meter, injector leak) . thats pretty much it also a point of interest , with the 650s it would be running 11.5 a/f and jump to 12.5 on misfire. im fricken stumped and frustrated this makes no sense , any ideas would help out . if i try more **** and it fails i will post. the car will drive around in low throttle and ONLY BREAKS UP WHEN ITS FLOORED OR ALMOST FLOORED.

thats because u CAN'T tune back 650cc injectors..... there are just too big to tune back with only a safcII. you will need better fuel management if you want to run 650cc injectors.

about the most you can tune back with the safc is about 550cc injectors... and thats not too easy.

the injectors dont have anything to do with it , i stated that i put the 450s back in and it runs identical. and i did have it tuned on the 650s it ran good but now it wants to break up when its floored.

What are the volts on the airflow meter? Did you use new orings on the injectors when you switched them back in? You may have tore a oring when you put it back in. If you spliced wires for your mafs to make it so you can plug the harness into it then check that also. I had a problem similiar and I just had to switch the maf to the blow thru setup. That fixed everything. You already did that though so I dont know.
