My last few cars (starting with my 08 EX35) all had push-button starters. I was shocked when I picked up a used 2017 that I had to start by inserting a key and turning... so old-school!
Ebay / Amazon have the OEM Mercedes push button starter for $15-$25, depending on the seller. Literally just stick it in the key hole and you are done.
