So is an Aeromotive A1000 , or a Magna FueL system the Only options I have for my Ka24Det s14.5 on E85? It's making 516bhp, 425whp now. Problem is My secondary pump was whining and screaming at me so I de-tuned a bit to 401.8whp When and Just turned the fuel pressure up at the regulator on the One Walbro 255lph HP in tank pump to the 41psi the system is set to run on, 1050cc injectors. It ran Better this way, but didn't make it 40 Miles worth of driving, It's Tuned as a drift car, and set up to drift, well 90% set up, it still has an interior, for now. I talked with walbro and there engineers and they said there pumps can not run more than 10.2% Ethanol. Well the E85 i get tests at 90% (Iowa E85!)so there is the reverse basically , 10% of Pump Gas in my Ethanol. So ya Walbro pumps Die , and they Die very fast. Mine went out all of a sudden, and I couldn't even get 1psi in the line, or get it to even Cycle at all. So what Fuel Pump do I run? Aeromotive or Magna are like 375$, and the Aeromotive is an Inline or intank that I would have to Modify, and Is pretty much a race only application, I like to drive this car up to the next city and race around and what not, I like to cruise in it Looking for Mustangs and Ricers too destroy with a real tuner car, so I kinda need a Street Strip style pump. Or does anybody Know how to convert Properly to an Inline only Fuel System for E85 in my Nissan 1997 240sx ?

You're gonna need to find a pump that was designed specifically to work with ethanol. Ethanol will destroy most fuel pumps pretty quickly. I'd look around to see what other guys are running on their setups and mimic that.

Inline Walbro's SUCK period. I've only read bad stuff about them failing quick!

Get a Bosch 044 Inline pump, flows 300lph and can support at least 600whp on E85

Leave intank walbro -> put Bosch 044 as close as you can to the fuel rail, as it's more ideal for high pressures.

This guy knows his stuff, good price too
