Has anyone used an E5 ecu on a redtop and are there any problems with using it on the redtop?

Quote »From what it seems, some of the ECU can be cross-used as long as you didn't get an automatic ECU. If the car fires up and runs/boost well, then chances are it's useable. But to be safe it's always nicer to get the correct ECU model for your particular motor.[/quote]E5 is the 94-96 180SX Blacktop, NOT the Type X. You should be golden, but still, try getting a 62.

250 for a 62? That's good. I would sell my ECU for 300-400.
