e5 blacktop SR20 (spark but no fuel) HELP PLEASE!

ok for the last month or so Ive been trying to figure out whats going on with my engine and I checked the fuel pump, spark plugs, fuel rail, and change the ecu and it still turns over the same. I did put starter fluid where the spark plugs are and it started, reved up and then died down. Im running out of things it could be Ive only had this car for a few months. Please any suggestions would help Thanx!

i ran into the same problem as you when i swapped my sr. Took it to a shop and the dude told me my motor was wired for a j4 not an e5 ecu. He then wired it up to a 62 redtop ecu and it started up.
