My buddy has an 89 s13 5spd with some venom fuel injectors and a custom intake against my s14 with a stock engine and auto transmission...we ran about 5 times and each time we were just about even, but he jumped the line on me with his manual but still I thought i would be a lil in front of him but now i know how close the two engines are(less than a car length)

higher octane has a higher threshold for pinging. it wont ad power to stock normal everyday cars.
