E test failed

Looking for a little help with emissions test.I got a 1990tt got all emissions deleted other the the stock CATS still in place
Anyways the numbers from the test are as follows:
ASM2525 test
HC ppm limit 57 reading 55 pass
co% limit 0.32 reading 0.12 pass
NO ppm limit 632 reading 383 pass

curb idle test
HC ppm limit 200 reading 439 fail
co% limit 1.0 reading 517 fail

I`ve ordered the both front o2`s

By stock cats, do you mean the pre-cats (attached to turbos) or the main cats (attached to midpipes)? You should probably replace your main cats... you can get Magnaflow ones off ebay for $67 each with free shipping and have a shop weld them in. If the stock cats that you mention are original, forget about it... they're toast just from age. You could also be running rich which would cause high number like that. Are all your injectors good? And yes changing the O2 sensors is a good idea too
