I would say E-manage. if youget the PC support software and additional harnesses, there is basically no limit to what you can do with that thing. almost like a standalone. plus, at $300 for the e-manage, and another $100 for the PC stuff, its dirt cheap. jst my take,

Returned my S-AFC for an E-manage because of the flexitbility of the E-manage.

safc is just a hack, emanage is a hack also but a little better since it can control fuel and spark

but what about the fact that e-manage allows adjustment +-20% but safc allows +-50% ?

if you are not doing a crazy setup then get the SAFC, the emange is 300, plus PC tools/plugs, and harness for the pressure solinoid and all, runs about 500 for all of it. Plus there is a lot of crap on the emange, I have heard it is not for the inexperienced tuner. You can pick up even the new SAFC for 275.00 plus shipping now...

There is an apexi product available only in Japan I think, at least I cant find one here in the US that has control over timing :) I cant remember what it's called though :*

Erm, now im not so sure it'll work...

"They're designed to fit virtually all vehicles with a 12 V, negative ground ignition that uses a distributor and an externally mounted coil."

Dunno if it can be rigged to work or not, I know another guy on the forums was using it on his skyline so I don't know.

MSD products are a bit different than safc and e-manage, msd doesn't control fuel management, only ignition. Anyone got experience with the AEM Race Programmable Engine Management System?(I'm certainly not gonna buy it, but just being curious). http://www.modacar.com/product...AECT/

Yeah that was the point. Read the posts above, they wanted something to control ignition with the s-afc, so there ya go.
