I am contributing everything I have learned from this forum in the last three years in the form of E-manage maps. These are the Fuel and Timing maps from my set-up which is currently running 14PSI from a t3 Super 60, 460cc inj, and stock MAFS SOHC KA-T. at 9 PSI I made ~220hp/250tq on the Dyno and have since done some more street tuning (thanks Scelza) to up the boost. I get no knock with 93 octane gas and pretty warm ambient temps in ID.

I am posting these because I could not find anything to help me when I started my project. I love the E-manage but the support for it is almost non-exsistant.

Take these maps witha grain of salt because all setups are different this may make you motor grenade, don't hold me liable.

My AFR's are in the 10.9 to 11.5 range until the stock MAFS maxs out at 14psi from 4500-6000rpm at that point it goes way rich because of the ECU.

On with the show

Settings

Datalog file showing maxed MAFS (big picture)

I am using the Greddy pressure sensor so all values are boost dependentEM doesn't use PSI so you have to convert to metric units1 psi = 6.89KPA Map goes all the way to 16 psi

I hope this helps someone. It sure would have helped me alot just to see what a working map looks like

Good luck[

Where are your anti-stall settings, and do you blow off atmospherically? What did you use to get your injection map? Also, is that duty cycle or %?

The anti-stall setting is still a mystery to me. I have played with it for hours and not gotten any good results. It should really be called the "Car still stalls but now won't idle feature"

I vent my BOV to atmosphere but I don't really ahve any problems with ti stalling unless I get it up to full boost and then take it out of gear.

I used the PLX m300 wideband and a long stretch of raod to fine tune the injection maps and I believe it is % of fuel added over the injector correction amount

Cool, can you shoot me a copy of your base map, I would like to look at it if you can.

EDIT: How did you decide on your timing, it looks pretty conservative.

The base maps would be the stock fuel maps for a KAE.

For the timing maps I had someone under the car on the dyno listening for knock and turned it back a little from there. I could probably make more power with more timimng but my motor is old and tired and I am not read to replace it yet

My plan is to take a reading of total timing change at idle with the larger injectors, and retard it that much at the distributor. Then with my timing effectively back at stock, I will retard at higher load.

While not necessarily contributing to this thread, I'd like to thank everyone in this for sharing this stuff. It's silly how cryptic the Nissan community has been over the years with tuning information.

The Honda world has been passing around .bin files for years now. They're everywhere, and you don't see anyone starving over it.

Keep up the good work, guys.
