Hey All.

Quick question about injectors...

I am looking to upgrade my 370cc's to a bigger injector(s).

How big have you people gone with a E-Manage?

Also the price for 550cc's to 750cc's is diff by $20.

So why would I not want to upgrade to 750's? and install my 370's for imissions :P

I run 04 usdm STI injectors which are somewhere between 480-565 cc ( noone really knows). I have it dialed in as a 480cc injector in the injector correction screen and it ran fine till i blew the motor

I dont recomment running 740's on any type of air flow converter, that needs a standalone or Rom tune (ecu)

i was wondering the same thing.. what is the max injector size u can run with the e-manage? 400hp = 72lb injectors right? can e-manage support that? i was thinking about getting jwt ecu with s-afc to fine tune it.

the e-manage has a max of 50% correction so in theory you could only go twice as big; 50lb/550cc. If you need more fuel you can add a fmu sized smallest as possible. i wouldnt recommend 10:1+

according to most sources, the 50% is not so much a limitation of the E-Manage itself but rather that ECU's have a more difficult time running beyond that range. The E-Manage itself is fully capable of tuning with a correction of over 50%. Whether or not the ECU can handle it, specifically at very small pulsewidths, is really the question. My own speculation is that the biggest you can probably go is as big as companies like JWT are able to control large injectors.
