dose the e manage do the same thing as the msd BTM?

Yes and no. Both allow you to retard timing under boost, which is what you need to do. The MSD does this by retarding a set amount of degrees per psi boost. The E-manage will trim timing according to a map that you set up (both advancing and retarding timing is possible). The emanage is much more flexible, while the MSD is easier to set up and use.

well im looking for a complete fuel set-up and timming controll. do you think the e manage(with all harrnesses)would be a good set-up. + im a beginner to the turbocharging world so i think the AEM EMS would be a lttile out of my experience area.
