E- manage guestion/ problem

Well i have had my ka-t running for almost a year now and have gone e-manage. On saturday i got the car kinda not dino tuned. The tunner that was tunning my car couldnt be able to change the setting on the fuel map, fuel percentage, map sensor readings, deceloration. I have checked all the connections and dont find anything wrong. Can any one give me some advice what to check for? Or if this has happed to some one else? Thanks

You are saying that when the settings are changed in emanage it doesn't effect anything?
