You don't need a basemap if you're on stock injectors and turbo. What you do need is to configure the rotary knobs on the mainboard panel that has the built in stock fuel and air maps. You should have gotten an instruction manual and a list of settings for different vehicles.

You also need to change the hotwire settings in the menu to run your z32. It's either not revving because you've wired it incorrectly or the settings aren't right. Try those and then report back.

I'm talking about the maf being wired wrong. And yes...even if it's tuned from a lap top..you have to open up the side of the e-manage, pull the board out and set the rotary knobs to the correct setting. There should be 5 little knobs with numbers on them. Yours is going to be set to 2, 0, 6. The last 2 knobs are for honda engines..so ignore them. This essentially is like a base map for your specific engine.

Then, in the parameter settings(this is in the software), you should have a pull down bar for different kinds of mafs. It will say air flow meter change above it. In your case..you need to change it to NS_HW2, which is for the z32 maf. Since the z32 runs at different voltages than the sr20 maf..it has to be compensated for.
