e-break & cluster light help!!?

i have a 1990 fasstback, recently the cluster light has been going out while driving at night , or will not turn on at all. also, the e- break light will turn on despite the fact that the actual e- break is not on. so naturally i checked all the fuses for the cluster light, but they were all fine. there's probably a loose wire in there somewhere but i dont even know where or what to look for. any help, suggestions will be appreciated.:help

ebrake light is on because u need to add some brake fluid. the light going out is prolly the actual light bulb and the filiment is moving around causing the intermittency, replace it.
